In the roller part, some twisters are equipped with a self-stopping device for breaking ends. Some twisters have a sink under the guide rod and water before twisting, which is called wet twister. Wet-twist yarn has the advantages of high strength and smooth surface, but roller and guide yarn parts need to be made of rust-proof material.
The winding mechanism of ring twisting machine is mostly the same as ring spinning machine. The steel collar plate is raised and lowered by the short moving path of the forming CAM transmission action, and the position rises a certain height after each lifting, so that the pipeline is wound into a conical cross winding package. Double - sided bobbins are often used in spinning coarse yarn or in double - twisting machines.
